FMLA is trash

FMLA is garbage and the people that created it in 1993 should be beatened.  signed into law by Bill Clinton and the rest of the goons that thought they were doing nice social justice and no way it would be abused.  Well I am here to tell you folks that at any given point in the year I have over 60 active FMLA cases and about 200 seperate employee's use it throughout the year. Many of the problems with the law envolve intermittent FMLA and this is the leave that allows an employee to be gone when they need to be out to care for their's or a family members serious health condition.  However, many of the serious health conditions are only headaches and this allows an employee to be gone up to 60 days of of work with little an employer can do except accomodate it and have the business suffer.  This has a big impact on employers when they need to operate lean to keep the doors open.  Many foreigners that come from Europe complain that the US does not provide enough leave, well here are the facts, we have millions more workers than them and their countries are going to shit.  This country will go down the tubes if we don't allow business owners to have freedom to run their business the way they want to in order to allow adequate competition.  The more entitlement programs that are provided to employees, restricts competition between employers and inturn makes business owners develue their employees.
